Booking terms

Cancellation policy

Cancel within 24 hours of making your booking for a full refund.

After the first 24 hours, cancellations made at least 4 weeks (28 days) before the event receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks (28 days) before the event are non-refundable.

Any refunds due will be processed manually within 5 business days.

You can request a new date within 3 months of your original booking, subject to availability. A £15 administration fee applies, arranged manually with Zoe. No fee is charged automatically.
